Coaching and
Spiritual Formation
for Worship Leaders

An initiative of the Torn Curtain Arts team.

Ministry burnout is a bigger problem now than ever before.

For many worship leaders, the pressure of ministry has left them feeling exhausted, isolated, and on the verge of burnout. Conferences for building better teams or crafting creative set lists are numerous, but resources to strengthen the heart and soul of worship leaders are in short supply.

Many churches and her worship leaders have traded cultivating their hearts and souls, their culture and community, for imitative models and strategies that have actually left them feeling isolated. Recent studies have shown that pastoral leaders who care for so many, are often not being cared for themselves… so much so, that 81% don’t think they’ll be in ministry 10 years from now. There’s got to be a better way.

It’s time for
something new.

The Green Room is a 12-month, small-group coaching and spiritual formation cohort focusing on four key areas of leadership, designed to get you off the ministry treadmill for good, and back to a place of passion and vitality in worship ministry.

By working through four key factors of leadership—SOUL, HEART, MIND, STRENGTH - your time in The Green Room will help you rest in your acceptance, discern the move of the Holy Spirit in your life and ministry, gain a deeper understanding of your specific culture and community, and develop strategies that set you free from the treadmill of chasing Sunday after Sunday!

  • ACCEPTANCE

 God’s enough-ness.

  • FRUITFULNESS

    GET OFF THE TREADMILL
Implementing our plan and inviting others to lead alongside us in the journey. Bearing good fruit, and keeping our souls rooted in Christ

“The most important commandment is this: Love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and with all your strength.”

Pastoral Investment Request

We understand that asking for church funding for support and spiritual formation can be daunting for some. For that reason we’ve provided documentation to help in that request. It can be easy to invest in quick fixes to practical problems - and each year churches spend hundreds of thousands on the next big idea, conference, or software that promises to make things better. But the deeper work of unraveling unhealthy cycles within ministry is not a quick fix. With the Green Room, we’re inviting leaders to invest in a process that seeks to create solutions to the issues within our hearts, allowing time and space to process in a safe way, paving a path for real longevity and fruitfulness in ministry. Beyond a mere subscription service, this investment has value that truly lasts. Click below to download our Pastoral Investment Request Document.
